Cedar Rapids Sunrise Rotary supports the Cedar Rapids community through college scholarships, nonprofit grants and volunteering. Foundation 2, Matthew 25 and Miracles in Motion are recent recipients of equipment grants to continue and expand their services. Oakshade Cemetery benefited from Sunrise volunteers cleaning headstones. Matthew 25 opened voluteering to repair homes These acts of service are vital to our mission and it cannot continue without your support!
Hang out with us 7:00 -8:30 PM November 19th for a virtual beer tasing fundraiser supporting your community with Thew Brewing Company!
Participants will be able to pick up their beer gift pack from Thew Brewing Company on Tuesday Nov 17 or Wednesday Nov 18 before the event. Each gift pack will include 4 beers, a commemorative beer glass, snacks and tasting notes. The night of Nov 19th, Thew's brew master will tell us all about the history of Thew Brewing Company, walk us through what it takes to make the beer and give us tasting notes for maximum enjoyment. You will also learn what your support of Cedar Rapids Sunrise Rotary is doing to help our community.
