Thursday's 7am Rotary Meeting will be at BAE Systems- 7825 6th St SW, Cedar Rapids, IA 52404.
Travel south on 6th St. SW from 33rd Ave SW. The construction site on the left, well before the airport road.
We will be required to sign off on some paperwork. It was sent to members to read and sign. Bring it to the site or sign one there.
Since it is a construction site we must follow procedural requirements, as well.
We will plan on having everyone meet at our main job trailer in the parking area. We will spend a few minutes in the trailer giving everyone the high-level overview of the project before we tour. Remember to bring your coffee. We will provide rolls and bottled water.
It will be important that anyone who is touring to wear closed-toe shoes that are leather at a minimum (No open toed or tennis shoes).
Also, long pants are required (no exposed feet for legs). We will have hard hats, glasses and safety vest for everyone.
See you Thursday!. Thank you so much Clayton Cubbage for setting this up and John Henecke for being on site, too. Both Past Presidents!!
