Alvaro is finishing his Kennedy HS school work for the fall semester this week. He ALSO finished his school work for his Argentina term - one exam remains! He is working hard to keep up both programs. His parents support him to take the 'discover America' youth exchange bus trip, after school is out with other exchange students! West to CA, return through AZ, TX... deep south, Orlando, up the east coast to Philadelphia and then back to Chicago. Then he will return to Argentina. Beth and Brian Globokar - host family - took him to Florida during Thanksgiving week. Very special! A new host family - neighbors and the family of his best friend - will take over in February. He has purchased his new (reconditioned) iPhone 11 that he earned and saved to buy. |
