New Playground Equipment
We are very happy to announce that the Cedar Rapids/Marion Rotary Clubs have helped our PTA purchase and will install two new piece of playground equipment on May 10. Grant is the tenth Cedar Rapids school to receive financial support from the Gearing up for Kids program. We selected one large play structure, the Play Villa, appropriately sized for our younger and smaller students. The other piece is called the Li'l Wum, a climber to replace the old rainbow. In recognition of this kind and generous gift, all Grant Guppies and staff will be wearing new (and free) Gearing up for Kids t-shirts on Thursday, May 10. What a great day it will be! Thank you to our PTA and and Rotarians!
